Hours and Policies
- Effective March 17 2021 we will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm eastern time. These hours are subject to change based on conditions so check back often.

- Open Thursday April 18th 10:00am to 5:00pm.
- We require customers to obtain RRF number (click here) prior to drop off. Fill out the form here and we'll send an RRF number back. Please ask any questions by email prior to dropping the unit off. Non warranty repairs require payment of our Minimum Service Fee prior to drop off. We will advise that amount and how to pay when we send back your RRF number. Please check our Shipping Information page for proper packing.
Audio Services provides quality service for a large variety of electronic audio equipment. From home audio to DJ gear to vintage systems , we are able to repair and return them often to factory specs. For those audiophiles who are not in the area, you may ship your units to us for assessment. For those in the area, you may drop off your unit. Directions to Audio Services are Here.
